The problem is we are not taught to be creators. We are mostly taught to analyze stuff. Now, I’m not saying that a good dose of analysis isn’t important when you are putting together a business strategy, plan or program. I’m just saying really great thinking doesn’t come from analysis. It comes from an inspired idea that you feel compelled to pursue.
