Many businesses seem to be missing something very fundamental these days. This ‘something’ is the key to innovation.This ‘something’ is the key to employee engagement. This ‘something’ is the key to creating customer loyalty.This ‘something’is the key to just about everything that drives bottom-line profitability.
This ‘something’ is EMPATHY … we are all born with this ability. We just seem to check it at the door when we enter the business environment. It is time to systematically create organizations that have a wide-spread sense of empathy. The result of a wide-spread sense of empathyis better profits, better products, happier employees, and happier customers.
