I just got back from an amazing gathering of about 15 people in beautiful Aspen, Colorado. Simon Sinek and Bob Chapman organized and sponsored MASSIVE, an event focused on creating a world where every person matters. No where is there a greater opportunity than in the business world.

So many things stand out to me about the experience of the MASSIVE event. I will share more over the upcoming days and weeks. For now, if you haven’t seen Simon Sinek’s TED talk on “how great leaders inspire action,” it is a must see!
